Welcome to the Robert P Cullen Cyber Campus located in beautiful Elizabeth City situated at the narrows of the Pasquotank River in Northeastern NC.
The Cyber Campus is a technology enrichment zone for the Elizabeth City Pasquotank Public School system. It consists of a videoconference distance-learning room, a state of the art digital video production facility, a multimedia enrichment lab, a multimedia viewing area, and a control room.

The Cyber Campus coordinates distance learning for Elizabeth City Pasquotank Public Schools. For a listing of our distance learning offerings, visit our Distance Learning link on the left bar. We offer Internet courses as well as Videoconference courses at both high schools.

Eagle TV news, Northeastern High School's daily morning announcement show, is produced in the Cyber Campus by Northeastern students and staff members.
The Cyber Campus also has a student technician program where students are trained in various areas of technology and multimedia content creation and serve as a resource for Northeastern High School. These students must apply and be accepted into the program as well as attend SWAT CAMP.

Community Outreach:-Circle S Stables Website - Fall 2008 Student Technicians worked with Circle S Stables of Hertford to design and publish a webpage for their organization.
