DOTS Program

Discounts Offered to Schools (DOTS Program)

All employees in the Elizabeth City-Pasquotank Public School district are entitled to a DOTS card for the duration of their employment. A valid DOTS card and your employee ID badge must be presented to each of the participating businesses to obtain the discount. A list of the participating businesses is below.
