Elizabeth City-Pasquotank County is a beautiful community in northeastern North Carolina located along the Pasquotank River. Elizabeth City is known as the "Harbor of Hospitality" to those far and near. Pasquotank County has approximately 40,000 residents with nearly half living within the city of Elizabeth City.
Elizabeth City is located just one hour from the Outer Banks of North Carolina as well as one hour from Virginia Beach, Virginia. We have a charming historical district and many community events which provide excellent opportunities for families to enjoy. We are a Coast Guard City and extremely proud of our CG Base-Elizabeth City and those that travel to us from so many different locations to serve.

The Elementary All-County Children’s Choir will take place on Saturday, April 5th, 4:00 p.m., at P.W. Moore Elementary. This cherished annual event celebrates the vocal talents of students from ECPPS elementary schools, specifically those in grades 3-5.
