Board of Education Meeting Notice - November 2021

The ECPPS Board of Education will meet virtually in special session on Monday, November 1, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering changes to the 2021-2022 school calendar.  The meeting will be available via livestream at www.ecpps.k12.nc.us.

The board will meet on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. for professional development.  The training will be held at College of The Albemarle, 1208 N. Road Street, Building B, Rooms 206 & 207.  The meeting will be open to the public.

Committee meetings will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. The regular meeting of the board will take place on Monday, November 22, 2021, at 6:00 p.m.  Both meetings will be held in the multi-purpose room at Pasquotank Elementary School, 1407 Peartree Road.  Parking will be available in the back parking lot.  
 
Board of Education meetings are open to the public with the exception of closed sessions.  Face coverings are required inside all school facilities.  Anyone wishing to make a comment at the regular meeting on November 22, 2021, may email their comment to the Office of the Superintendent at superintendent@ecpps.k12.nc.us. The deadline for submission is 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 22, 2021. Public comments will be read during the meeting and must include the sender’s first and last name.  Individuals wishing to make a comment in person at the regular meeting on November 22, 2021, may sign-in immediately preceding the meeting to speak before the board as part of a public comments segment.  There will be limited capacity for in-person attendance. Meetings will be available via livestream at www.ecpps.k12.nc.us unless otherwise specified.
