ECPEC Chess Club exists to allow students to learn and enjoy chess while experiencing healthy competition and team spirit. Chess is used to develop critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, and competitive maturity.
Who can join? Any Gryphon
Requirements? Willingness to learn how to play if you don't know or to teach someone else if you do know.
Why? Chess is a great game for learning strategy and focus.
