2026-2027 Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten registration opens April 1, 2026.
Families may complete the online registration beginning April 1 using the link below:

The registration link will take you to Infinite Campus Online Registration. To begin, select “26-27 Kindergarten Registration.”
This process should be completed for all incoming Kindergarten students, including those currently enrolled in the ECPPS Pre-K Program.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register for Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year, children must meet the following criteria:
- Be five years old on or before August 31, 2026
- Reside in the attendance zone of the elementary school in which they are registering
Required Documentation
After completing the online application, the following documents must be provided to the child’s assigned elementary school:
Required Documents:
- Child’s legal birth certificate (must include an official seal). If a legal birth certificate is not available, other documented proof of age may be considered. Acceptance of alternate documentation will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- A current proof of residence (such as an electric bill, mortgage statement or lease agreement) must be available for review and documentation
- Up-to-date immunization record
- North Carolina Health Assessment form completed and signed by the child’s physician
All immunizations and the North Carolina Health Assessment form must be submitted no later than the 30th calendar day after the child’s first day of attendance in order for the student to remain enrolled.
