Applications are now being accepted for the 2026-2027 ECPPS Pre-K Program.
Families of children who will be four years old on or before August 31, 2026 are encouraged to apply. Enrollment will remain open through May 1, 2026.
The 2026–2027 school year will mark an exciting new chapter for our Pre-K program as students begin learning at the Pasquotank Early Childhood Center, located at 1407 Peartree Road in Elizabeth City. The center is housed in the former Pasquotank Elementary School building, with newly renovated Pre-K classrooms designed to support early childhood development, foundational skills, and a strong start toward Kindergarten readiness.
