Board of Education Meeting Notice for November 2020 

The ECPPS Board of Education will hold their regular meeting via livestream on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.  Closed Session will begin promptly after the meeting is called to order at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing personnel matters as allowed by NCGS 143-318.11(a)(6).  Closed Session will not be available via livestream.  The Board will resume open session on Monday, November 23, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. via livestream.   

The Board will meet in regular session at Pasquotank Elementary School, 1407 Peartree Road.  In accordance with the reduced gathering limitations set forth on November 10, 2020, by the Governor’s Executive Order 176, the public will have the option to view remotely via live streaming at www.ecpps.k12.nc.us.  Anyone wishing to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting may email their comment to the Office of the Superintendent at superintendent@ecpps.k12.nc.us. The deadline for submission is 2:00 PM on Monday, November 23, 2020. Public comments will be read during the meeting and must include the sender’s first and last name.  Board of Education meetings are open to the public with the exception of closed sessions.   Open sessions are available via livestream at www.ecpps.k12.nc.us.
