The Elizabeth City-Pasquotank Board of Education has scheduled a special called meeting for Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. for the purpose of approving contracts for Pre-K renovation. The meeting will be held at the ECPPS Administrative Offices, 1200 Halstead Blvd., and will be recorded and posted to the district’s YouTube account.
