Board of Education Meeting Notice - July 2021

The ECPPS Board of Education will have a special meeting on Monday, July 12, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. in the Boardroom at the Administrative Offices.  The purpose of the meeting on July 12, is for the board to meet in closed session for the purpose of considering confidential student matters as allowed by N.C. Statute 143-318.11 (a)(1).  The regular meeting of the board will take place on Monday, July 26, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. via livestream at www.ecpps.k12.nc.us.  Both meetings will be held at the ECPPS Administrative Offices, 1200 Halstead Boulevard.  The Board will not hold committee meetings in July.

To ensure proper social distancing, only the board members and participants in the meetings will attend in person.  These meetings are open and accessible  to the public via livestream with the exception of closed sessions.  Anyone wishing to participate in public comments for the regular meeting on July 26, 2021, may email their comment to the Office of the Superintendent at superintendent@ecpps.k12.nc.us. The deadline for submission is 2:00 PM on Monday, July 26, 2021. Public comments will be read during the meeting and must include the sender’s first and last name.
