Board of Education Meeting Notice - December 2025

The Elizabeth City-Pasquotank Public Schools Board of Education will hold two meetings in December as part of its regularly scheduled sessions. The organizational meeting will take place on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.

The regular meeting of the board will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will begin with the call to order, promptly followed by a closed session. The Board will return to open session at 6:00 p.m.

Both meetings will take place in the Multi-Purpose Room at the Early Childhood Learning Center (former Pasquotank Elementary School), located at 1407 Peartree Road in Elizabeth City. Parking will be available in the back lot, with direct access to the Multi-Purpose Room.

Board of Education meetings are open to the public with the exception of closed sessions. Anyone wishing to make a comment at the regular meeting on Monday, December 15, 2025, may email their comment to the Office of the Superintendent at abundy@ecpps.k12.nc.us. The deadline for submission is 2:00 p.m. on December 15, 2025. Public comments will be read during the meeting and must include the sender’s first and last name. Individuals wishing to make a comment in person at the regular meeting on December 15, 2025, may sign-in immediately preceding the meeting to speak before the board as part of a public comments segment. Meetings will also be available via livestream at www.ecpps.k12.nc.us unless otherwise specified.
