Board of Education Meetings for July 2020

The Board of Education for Elizabeth City-Pasquotank Public Schools will hold committee meetings via livestream on Monday, July 20, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. The livestream will be available at www.ecpps.k12.nc.us.

The Board will hold their regular meeting via livestream on Monday, July 27, 2020. Closed session is scheduled at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing personnel matters as allowed by NCGS 143-318.11(a)(6). The Board will resume open session on Monday, July 27, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. via livestream.

The Board will meet in regular session at Pasquotank Elementary School, 1407 Peartree Road. In accordance with the Executive Order 151 and guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), attendance is limited to no more than 10 people as to not exceed the indoor gathering limit. The public will have the option to view remotely via live streaming at www.ecpps.k12.nc.us. Anyone wishing to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting may email their comment to the Office of the Superintendent at superintendent@ecpps.k12.nc.us. The deadline for submission is 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2020. Public comments will be read during the meeting and must include the sender's first and last name. Board of Education meetings are open to the public with the exception of closed sessions. Open sessions are available via livestream at www.ecpps.k12.nc.us.
