ECPPS will hold a Parent Academy on Saturday, September 23rd, beginning with breakfast at 8:00 am. The event will be held at Central Elementary School, 1059 US 17 South. The ECPPS Parent Academy is open to all ECPPS parents as well as the community.
The academy will provide a variety of informational topics for parents to choose to attend throughout the morning, and Dr. Denauvo Robinson, ECPPS Board of Education Vice-Chair, will be the featured speaker for the day. Some of the informational topics include: AIG information, dual-enrollment/Career & College Promise for high school students, early college information, scholarships and college applications, STEM update, Career & Technical Education information, testing updates and K-3 mClass/literacy information.
The implementation of the parent academy is a direct result of the strategic planning process that took place during 2015-16. ECPPS is committed to fulfilling the goals within the strategic plan and meeting the defined mission and vision of the district.
