ECPPS has officially transitioned from PowerSchool to Infinite Campus, North Carolina’s new statewide Student Information System (NCSIS).
Infinite Campus gives families and students real‑time access to grades, attendance, class schedules, assignments, and more. The system is secure, easy to use, and works on both computers and mobile devices. With the Campus Parent app, you can check your child’s progress anytime, anywhere.
This webpage is your one-stop resource for instructions, helpful links, and tutorials to help you get started. With a single login, parents and guardians can easily access and manage information for every student in their household.
Get your activation code
You’ll need an activation code before you can create your Parent Portal account.
Tip: Have your student’s name and your contact information ready.
Create your Parent Portal account
After you have your activation code, follow these directions to set up your secure account and sign in.
Once your account is created, you can add all students in your household.
Access Infinite Campus
Choose whichever option works best for you — computer or mobile app.

How do I set up my Parent Portal?
You will first need to generate your activation code by visiting https://portalaccess.ncsis.gov/ and following the prompts. Once you have your code, use it to create your Parent Portal account. After logging in, please complete the required annual updates for your student(s). If you have multiple students, you can manage them all under one parent account. For help, contact your school’s data manager.
How do I log in to the Infinite Campus app?
Download the Campus Parent app from the App Store or Google Play. Search for Elizabeth City-Pasquotank Public Schools, then log in using your Parent Portal username and password. You can choose to stay logged in and receive push notifications.
What are the login links for Infinite Campus?
How do I change the preferred language in the Parent Portal?
- Log into the Parent Portal and select the User Menu (top right corner).
- Select Language.
- Choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu.

I am a parent/guardian and ECPPS employee. Can I merge my staff and parent accounts?
Yes. Please reach out to your school’s data manager for assistance merging your staff and parent accounts. This allows you to access everything in one place.
